Terms of use

Last updated 26 July 2026

Interim terms for early access and design partners. A lawyer-reviewed Terms of Service will replace this before broad commercial launch.

The product

Navrick is a Windows desktop app. It captures meeting audio on your device, transcribes it, drafts the work the meeting produced, and delegates file and code tasks to Claude Code under your own subscription. Nothing is sent, committed or published without your approval.

There are no third-party connectors today. Notion, Slack, Teams and calendar are not built. If and when they ship, you decide what gets sent and where.

Your responsibilities

Accounts and plans

Managed features require a signed-in account. There is no paid plan today and nothing is being billed. When pricing exists it will be published before it applies to anyone, and material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the service to abuse quotas, attack our infrastructure, or use Navrick to process data you have no right to record. We may suspend accounts that create a security or abuse risk.

Disclaimer

Notes, commitments and agent output are AI-assisted drafts. They can be wrong. Every extracted commitment carries the transcript line it came from precisely so that you can check it — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it leaves the app.

Privacy

How data is handled is described on the privacy page.
